You can find Dooer's web app at go.dooer.com.

Login

You log in by entering your personal identification number (personnummer) or the email address associated with your user account. Once you have authenticated with BankID or a password, you will be logged into the web app and can start working with your Dooer apps.

Select organization on login

If you have multiple companies associated with your user account, you choose which company you want to log into after you have authenticated with BankID or a password.

Switch organization

When you are logged in, you can switch between the organizations you have access to by clicking on the small gear icon that you find at the top of the left side menu. There you select the organization you want to switch to.

FAQ

How can I get support?

If you have any technical questions regarding Dooer or its products, you're more than welcome to reach out to Dooer's support team. The easiest way to do so is through the Meddelanden page in the Dooer app. To send a message, do like this:

  1. Open the page Meddelanden.
  2. Click the green button Ny konversation in the upper right corner.
  3. Make sure the Till dropdown in the bottom of the modal dialog says "Dooer".
  4. Now you can send a message and it will reach Dooer's support team.

If you experience technical issues with the product, we encourage you to provide as much details as possible and to describe the steps you took to trigger the issue. You're also encouraged you to attach a screenshot if relevant as that can help in understanding the issue more easily.

Please note that we do currently not offer phone support, nor guidance regarding your bookkeeping. For that we encourage seeking outside guidance, or to upgrade your Dooer account to a paid plan via our sister company Voitto which provides complete bookkeeping services using the Dooer platform.

Do you have a mobile app?

Currently, we do not have apps for Android or iOS; we focus 100% on ensuring our web app supports everything you as a business owner might need. We might release a mobile app in the future, but as of now, we have no information on this.

Why no email invitations?

If an email invitation doesn't reach the recipient, there could be several reasons. The most common is that the invitation has landed in the recipient's spam folder. Another reason could be that you've filled in the email address in a way that our system does not recognize. If you fill in, for example, FirstName LastName <recipient@domain.com>, which is common in email programs, you need to change it to just the email address, i.e., recipient@domain.com.

How to log in with a password?

If you want to log in to Dooer with an email address and password instead of BankID, you can create an email user as follows:

  1. Once you are logged in, go to Användarinställningar and note the email address in the system (in the field "E-postadress").
  2. Then go to the page Återställ lösenord.
  3. Enter your email address there and click Skicka mig instruktioner.
  4. Follow the instructions in the email you receive.

If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, double-check that it hasn't landed in your spam filter.

How do I transfer ownership of a Dooer account?

At the moment you cannot do this from within the Dooer app. If you have followed the instructions to add the future owner as a user, then you can contact Dooer support (through a message in the Dooer app) and confirm that you want to transfer ownership and we can help you.

How invite someone who already has a Dooer account?

If you want to invite someone who already has a Dooer account, you should make sure to invite this person using the email address that they're already using in their own account. If you do not do this, there is a risk that when they accept your invitation, the system will detect that their personnummer is connected with another user (with another email) and they cannot successfully add your account to their login.

To invite an exiting Dooer user, please ask the user to provide you with their current email address. If they do not know which email address is associated with their account, you can ask them to go to this link after they have logged in. There they can see their email address.

Now you can send an invitation by going to this page in your account, click Bjud in användare in the upper right corner and follow the instructions.

How do I cancel my account?

You can remove a company yourself by going to Settings → Company settings → Remove company. You must be the owner of the account to do this.

Before removing the account, we strongly recommend that you export your data first. The export contains your bookkeeping data, documents, SIE files, and reports — material that must be retained in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen). Once the account is removed, access to this data will be lost.

How do I remove one specific company when I have multiple?

If you have access to multiple companies in Dooer and want to remove just one of them (for example an old or duplicate company), the process is the same: switch to the company you want to remove, then go to Settings → Company settings → Remove company. You must be the owner of that company to do this.

We recommend exporting the data from that company before removing it, in accordance with the Swedish Accounting Act (bokföringslagen).
