Financial Overview

This is documentation about the page Ekonomisk översikt that you can reach by clicking Bokföring > Ekonomisk översikt in the left sidebar. This view gives you a graphical overview of the company’s finances. The numbers are based on your accounting.

Graphs

The following graphs are presented:

  • Revenues and Costs (top left)
    Sum of revenues and costs for the entire fiscal year and broken down per month.

  • Result per month (top right)
    Sum of results for the entire fiscal year and broken down per month (bars) and the accumulated result for the fiscal year (line).

  • Expense groups (bottom)
    Grouped expenses in fiscal year, from largest to smallest.

FAQ

Why does an expense group show a negative value?

This can, for example, be due to crediting of supplier invoices, accrual of revenues, or profits from the sale of securities or investments.
