Add correct access in your bank

Dooer has upgraded to a new and improved bank integration. This integration requires that the correct access is activated in your bank. This access needs to be set up for all users that should be able to use the bank integration.

Follow the link below to find your bank and the guide on how to set the correct access. To sync your bank account and to make payments, follow the guide for PSD2 (Open Banking). Note that there may be multiple videos for your specific bank, so make sure to watch all of them.

If you encounter any issues activating this access, please contact your bank's customer service for assistance.

Export Bankgiro Deposits from Bankgirot

This guide explains how to retrieve Excel files containing details about bankgiro deposits from Bankgirot's website. The files should then be uploaded to our accounting system to be matched against the incoming payments.

Step 1 – Log in and find the bankgiro transaction

  1. Log in to your online bank as usual.
  2. Navigate to the account that receives bankgiro deposits.
  3. In the transaction list, locate the deposits — they are usually labelled Bankgiro payment or similar, often with your bankgiro number in the description.
  4. Click on the transaction and look for a link that takes you to Bankgirot's website (for example a link with the text "Bankgirot's website", the bankgiro number, or similar). The appearance and location of the link may vary between banks. See the support pages of your bank if you need help finding the link.

Step 2 – Select the correct date in Bankgirot's portal

Once you have arrived at Bankgirot's website, a page with deposit details is displayed.

  1. In the left-hand menu you will see a list of all dates with deposits. Each date shows the total amount and number of deposits.
  2. Click on the date you want to export.
  3. Verify that Total amount and Number match what you expect.

Step 3 – Export to Excel

  1. Click Excel in the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. A dialog box appears. Choose one of the options:
    • Click Export to create the file — it will be available under Exports (see step 5).
    • Click Export and Open to download the file directly to your computer — you can then skip step 5.

Step 4 – More than 100 deposits for the same date? Repeat the export

Bankgirot's portal displays a maximum of 100 rows at a time. If the deposit contains more than 100 entries, you need to export multiple times:

  1. Click Next to show the next 100 rows.
  2. Click Excel and then Export again.
  3. Repeat until all rows have been exported. For example: if there are 211 deposits, you need to do three exports (1–100, 101–200 and 201–211).

Step 5 – Download the files from Exports

Note: If you chose Export and Open in step 3, the files are already downloaded — you can skip directly to step 6.

Once you have exported all parts, it is time to download the files to your computer.

  1. Click Exports in the menu bar at the top.
  2. A list of all the files you have created is displayed.
  3. Click Open next to each file to download it to your computer.

Important! The file is only downloaded when you click Open. Clicking Export alone is not enough — you must also retrieve the file from the Exports view.

Step 6 – Upload the files to the accounting system

Once all Excel files have been downloaded, they should be uploaded to our accounting system so that the payments can be matched correctly. Follow the instructions in the system to upload the files. One task is created for each date with Bankgiro payments. After you have imported the files, the invoices are automatically matched against the payments.

Summary

  1. Log in to your online banking and go to the account with bankgiro deposits.
  2. Click on a bankgiro transaction and follow the link to Bankgirot's website.
  3. Select the correct date in the left-hand menu.
  4. Click Excel → Export. If there are more than 100 rows: click Next and export again.
  5. Go to Exports and click Open to download the files.
  6. Upload the Excel files to the accounting system.

SEB

SEB does not require any additional Open Banking access to be activated. If you can log in to SEB's internet bank and view your bank accounts, you already have the access needed for Dooer's bank integration — no further setup is required.

When you connect your SEB account to Dooer, you sign with BankID once. This access is then valid for 180 days — you do not need to sign with BankID again each time you sync. You still need to press the Sync accounts button in Dooer to trigger a sync, but it will use the existing access without requiring a new BankID signature. After 180 days the access needs to be renewed, but Dooer keeps track of this and will prompt you to sign with BankID when it is time.

Handelsbanken — Bankgiro payment settings

By default, Handelsbanken displays bankgiro payments as a single bundled transaction (with the description "INTERNET BET" or "FILBET") instead of showing each payment individually. This is how Handelsbanken has chosen to implement it, but the setting can be changed in your internet bank.

When this setting is changed, each payment will be displayed separately, which allows Dooer to automatically match invoices to their corresponding transactions.

How to change the setting

  1. Log in to Handelsbanken internet bank.

  2. Go to Kontotransaktioner (Account Transactions).

  3. Click the link "Inställning för redovisning av bankgiroutbetalningar" at the bottom of the page.

  4. Under "Betalningar via fil", select "Visa varje utbetalning styckvis".

  5. Under "Betalningar registrerade i internetbanken", select "Visa varje utbetalning styckvis".

Important: This needs to be done for each account that you make payments from. The change takes effect from the next banking day.

Approving multiple payments in Handelsbanken

When approving multiple payments via Dooer in Handelsbanken, you will notice that a separate QR code appears for each payment — you need to sign each one individually with BankID.

This is how Handelsbanken has chosen to implement payments within the Open Banking (PSD2) standard. Unfortunately this is not something Dooer can change, as it is a decision made by the bank.
