Documents

When you are logged in, you can find the Dokument page here.

The Documents app is activated by default in all Dooer accounts and is ready to be used from the first time you log in. Upload and organize documents related to your business in Dooer. Uploaded documents are indexed and made searchable so you can easily find what you’re looking for.

Upload documents

Drag and drop documents from your computer into the Documents app to upload them. You can also click the Ladda upp button and choose a document type to sort the document as directly upon uploading.

Send documents to your Dooer account via email

You can send documents to your Dooer account via email. Any email attachments that are of the formats PDF, JPEG or PNG can be opened in your Dooer account. To send documents via email, you must send them to a recipient address that is unique to your account (see below) and you must send from an approved sender address.

To add an approved sender address and see which unique recipient address to send to, do as follows:

  1. Go to the page Företagsinställningar.
  2. Click on the tab Inkommande e-post. Here you can find the email addresses to which you can send your documents to. Please note that the different addresses are used to automatically sort your documents.
  3. In order to send attachments via email, the sender email needs to be added as an approved sender (Godkänd e-postadress). Click on the button Lägg till to add a new approved sender email.
  4. Enter the email address of the sender and select which user the email belows to. Then click Spara.
  • You can add as many approved sender emails as you like.
  • You can remove an approved sender email at any time.
  • All attached files as well as the email itself will become a document.
  • If you use Gmail and want to add automatic forwarding of email invoices to your address in Dooer, you will require a verification code. This code is sent by Google to your Dooer email to verify that you are the owner of the target email address. To get this code, reach out to Dooer via the Meddelanden app.

Documents via email

You or, for example, your suppliers can email documents directly into the Documents app. Documents are emailed to unique email addresses and the document is added to the Documents app after the sender has been validated against a list of approved senders that you have set up.

Sort documents

If you have uploaded a document without sorting it, you can sort it in the app afterwards. Choose to sort the document as one of the following document types.

  • Betald utgift (paid expense)
  • Obetald utgift (unpaid expense)
  • Utlägg (expense)
  • Inkomst (income)
  • Övrigt (other)
