Transactions
When you are logged in, you can find the Transaktioner page här.
Transaktioner (Transactions)
Transaktioner shows account events for all your added bank accounts in one place. You can choose to see all transactions collected in one view or for different bank accounts separately. The list shows transaction description, account, date, and amount.
Transaction Details
You can click on a transaction to see more details about it.
Aktivitet (Activity)
Here you can see any tasks linked to the transaction and converse about the transaction through messages.
Detaljer (Details)
Here additional details about the transaction retrieved from the bank are shown. You can also see any documents that the transaction has been matched with.
Filter Transactions
You can filter the list of transactions to make it easier to find among your transactions.
Choose to filter by bank account, date, and amount.
Sync Transactions
Update the transaction list in Dooer by syncing Dooer with the bank. Click on Synka transaktioner above the transaction list to start the synchronization.
During the synchronization, you authenticate against the banks you have added accounts for in Dooer with mobile BankID by following the instructions on the screen in Dooer.
The Task Sync Your Accounts
When you haven’t synced your bank accounts for a while, you receive a task in the app Tasks that reminds you to sync the accounts. Click on the button Starta synk to sync your accounts between the bank and Dooer.
Manual Accounts
You can add accounts with institutions that Dooer does not have integrations with and sync them manually by importing transaction data from a file or text.
Update Manual Accounts
You can update manual accounts by importing bank transactions manually.
Click on the button Uppdatera manuella konton above the transaction list or select Transaktionsimport in the menu on the left (please note that the Uppdatera manuella konton button is not visible unless you have actually added one or more manual accounts).
First, select the account you want to update and then choose whether to import from a file or text that you copy and paste into Dooer. When you have selected a file to import or pasted transaction data, click on Mappa kolumner to proceed.
Dooer suggests mapping of columns from your import with the columns in Dooer’s transaction list. Change the suggestions if needed and then click on Förhandsgranska.
Please note that you must map at least the following columns to proceed:
- Bokföringsdatum (Booking Date)
- Belopp (Amount)
- Beskrivning (Description)
When you have previewed the import and everything looks fine, click on Importera to complete the import.
Delete a Transaction
You can remove a transaction if you do not want it to appear in the transaction list in Dooer. Mark the transaction you want to delete and click on the button Stryk to remove it from the list.
You cannot delete a transaction if you have booked it with the app Accounting.
FAQ
Can I manually set the account balance?
No, it is not possible to manually set a balance on a bank account. Balance, however, is automatically set if a bank account is synced through an integration with Dooer.
Why are rows crossed out during CSV import?
There are several scenarios where rows are crossed out during the CSV import:
- You must map at least the following columns:
- Bokföringsdatum (Booking Date)
- Belopp (Amount)
- Beskrivning (Description)
This is not clearly described in the web app, but if these criteria are not met, the rows are crossed out, and you cannot proceed.
- There are duplicates in the CSV file
If rows in the CSV file correspond to already imported rows or if the CSV file itself contains duplicates, the duplicated rows are crossed out.
How to remove bank account?
It’s not possible to remove a previously added bank account, but if the account is for an integration (i.e. not a manual account), then it’s possible to disable the account so future syncs will not try to fetch data from this account.
To disable an account, do as follows:
- Open your company settings.
- Click the tab “Bankkonton”.
- Click the green toggle to the very right of the account you want to disable.
How to remove bank accounts?
It is not possible to remove already added bank accounts. However, it is possible to deactivate them as follows:
- In the sidebar, click on the gear icon at the top right of the company name.
- In the menu, select “Företagsinställningar”.
- Click on the “Bankkonton” tab.
In the list of accounts, deactivate the account you want to remove by clicking on the green toggle switch on the far right.
How to see booking for a transaction?
You can see if a transaction is booked in the following way:
- Go to the list of all transactions.
- Booked transactions should have the status “Hanterad”.
- Click on a transaction with this status.
- Go to the “Detaljer” tab.
- Here is information about which document or report the transaction is matched with.
- Open the details of this and click on the link “Till dokumentet”.
In the modal that then appears, click on the “Bokföring” tab to see which voucher applies to this booking.
What bookkeeping accounts are bank entities mapped to?
Dooer automatically maps certain bank-related entities (such as bank accounts) to specific bookkeeping accounts. Currently this mapping is not possible to change. The mapping is as follows:
- 1630: Tax accounts at Skatteverket
- 1930: Bank accounts (incl. PlusGiro accounts)
- 1940: Paypal accounts
- 1980: Currency accounts
- 1998: Bankgiro accounts
- 2890: Credit card accounts
Can I have manual currency accounts (valutakonton)?
It’s currently not possible to set up manual currency accounts in Dooer (i.e. bank accounts where you can manually import transactions from your bank). We do support currency accounts for a select integrations if you sync automatically (see which we support here) which means that transaction amounts will be automatically converted to SEK based on the Riskbanken exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
Can I sync bank accounts on my phone?
It’s currently not possible to sync bank accounts on your phone, i.e. on the same device as you need to start the BankID authentication. To sync your bank accounts you need to do it on a computer.
Why is my salary payment transaction marked as “Ohanterad”?
If you use Dooer Lön for making salaries and Dooer Bank for automatically paying out those salaries from your bank account, then the system will automatically detect (when syncing) which transactions are salary payments, link them to their respective payslip and mark them as “Hanterad”.
If on the other hand you make the salary payments manually, there is a chance the system cannot automatically match them to your salary payslips as they might be lacking necessary metadata that they system adds automatically when making the payments.
Currently it’s not possible to manually link a transaction to a payslip and mark it as “Hanterad”, so the workaround is to mark the transaction as “Detta ska inte bokföras” so you won’t get any reminders about unhandled transactions.
You can do that like this:
- Go to your list of transactions.
- Find the transaction in question.
- Open the transaction by clicking on it.
- In the modal dialog, click “Detta ska inte bokföras” at the bottom.
